On-Site and Shop Hourly rate: $83.00 per hour plus 15% materials.

Interior satin Finish Rate: $50.00 per square foot plus 15% materials. This includes color matching.

Interior Gloss Rate: $70.00 per square foot plus 15% materials. This includes custom color matching, wet sanding, and polishing.

Exterior Satan Finish Rate: $80.00 per square foot plus 15% materials. This includes sealing with a UV stable sealer and top coat.

Exterior Gloss Finish Rate: $90.00 per square foot plus 15% materials. This includes sealing with a UV stable sealer and top coat. Wet sanding and polishing. 

Stripping Existing Finish Rate: $83.00 per hour plus 15% materials. In this case,  we will need to take the wood back to raw wood before beginning applying the new paint. Done mostly in the case of milky finish or problems underneath the sealer coat of the damaged finish.

7% Florida Sales Tax will be billed to all customers without a current sales tax exemption on file.

A 50% Deposit will be required upon the start of the project and 50% will be due upon completion.

Exterior Tables will have a minimum of a two week turnaround time due to the timely process required.

Prices may vary due to complex moldings or raised panels.

Projects under 15sq ft will be billed at $83.00 per hour plus 15% materials.

All invoices are subject to a 2% environmental charge.
